Omertà — #1 code of conduct in the Family Business
This term is referred to as the secret code of silence.
Often associated with the Mafia & other criminal organizations — emphasizing loyalty & a prohibition against cooperating with law enforcement or their competitors.
Omertà is a fundamental aspect of the honor code among members, ensuring solidarity & mutual protection within the organization.
Even if somebody is convicted of a crime that he has not committed, he is supposed to serve the sentence rather than give the police information about the real criminal, even if the criminal has nothing to do with the Mafia.
Within Mafia culture, breaking omertà is punishable by death.
In 1878, Sicilian Mafia member Giuseppe Esposito & a group of other Sicilian Mafia members fled Italy to escape prosecution for eleven murders with which they were charged. Esposito & his companions were the 1st known Mafia members to enter the United States & begin the process of establishing the Italian-American Mafia.
Esposito and his companions settled in New Orleans, Louisiana.
However, within only a few years, Esposito was arrested on an Italian warrant by police officer David Hennessey in 1881. The American-born Joseph Macheca took over Esposito's group and, in October 1890, they murdered Hennessey.
This marked the clear beginning of the Italian-American Mafia's presence in the United States. The Italian-American Mafia is better known as La Cosa Nostra

Move in silence.
Nowadays, it seems people would rather talk about it, than be about it.
Let the results speak for itself — posting on social media that you are “working on something big”, which is usually the consequence of its demise. You’ve created your own problem of an expectation to be met.
We are living in a delusional pop-culture of influencing, rather than becoming influential. Most people prefer the spotlight of gaining the most amount of views, likes & followers — rather than creating the most amount of impact.
The most effective Mob Bosses, were the ones in most control of the Family Business. The Bosses focused on instilling & inspiring specific values, beliefs & codes of conduct (not all necessarily good).
The most effective Mob Bosses created leaders within their organizations. These leaders respected The Boss because of their track record of results, not their words.
To be clear, I am not advocating for the Mafia or any type of organized crime.
More than ever before, I simply find it to be a valuable code of conduct, as we are flooded with information. For me, I do not see the value of sharing every aspect of your life or business with everyone on the internet.
In fact, I’ve recently found it to be useful to share “x” with one person you know and “y” with another, so if that specific information were to get leaked — you know the source. This can be an exhausting and toxic way to live — not recommend to operate this way in life, it is not sustainable or a healthy way to live.
Over the years, Social Media looks like a bunch of copy & paste.
Too focused on marketing the Lamborghini to sell you the secret information.
Then consistently pressuring to upsell the next secret.
Operating with a constant anxiety state of mind to dance & perform tricks for your audience because you’ve built an expectation with a crowd ready to throw tomatoes at any given moment. Rather than a community — the squeeze is not worth the juice.
Just remember…
Rich Talks — Wealth Whispers
Being rich will buy you things, but being wealthy will buy you peace of mind.
Eventually, most Mob Bosses lost their peace of mind when information about their organization was leaked from ‘rats’ within — whether it was true or false. Likely due to their Family Business being influenced by greed & jealously, eventually evolving from a family type community to a crowd of deception.
Being the biggest, doesn't mean you’re the best. The best is the most effective.
There’s eventually a cost of diminishing returns.
When’s enough, enough?
The Art of Deception.
How did the Mob’s Family Business make money?
Well, really any way they could…
→ Gambling/Sports Betting, loan sharking, drugs, alcohol (during prohibition), extortion, bribery… the list goes on.
Where does the money flow?
Like any business, you must pay attention to the cash-flow.
Money always flows up in the Mafia. The underworld is not a trickle-down economy. It more resembles a feudal state, with peasants paying up to lords.
As a general rule, mob associates making money in a mob-controlled area or working with a specific mobster pass a significant portion of their proceeds to their Mafia contact. That Mafia soldier will be a part of a crew, a platoon of mobsters working together, and the soldier must pass a portion of what he earns — both from his own schemes and his cut from his associates’ schemes — up to his captain, or capo, who leads the crew.
The captains, in turn, kick-up to the boss, and other members of the family’s top administration.
This is how a boss makes much of his money. It helps insulate him from prosecution by not getting his hands too dirty.
It generally works… until you don’t pay the other mob (IRS).
For example:
During the booming years of New York City’s rapid growth, real estate developers were experiencing some major “foundational” issues with their project’s ProForma’s and ensuring they would not only be profitable, but their crews would stay alive.
If you didn’t pay the ‘concrete tax’, you would either have some missing crew members or become missing yourself.
The real estate wise guys knew it was best to close their mouths, pay the expense and do business as such.
They knew the secret code of silence.
Modern business seems to be no different today.
The Money Algorithm
Don’t do by what they say, but rather as they do.
The richest people in the world own things.
The wealthiest people in the world own secrets.
The wealthiest people own & invest into businesses, in which capture & monetize data. The top secret is designing & implementing Algorithms.
Algorithms are controlling every aspect of our lives.
Whether it be social media consuming your mind, by sharing the exact video topics you were thinking —
Or, large investment firms such as BlackRock, integrating algorithms to buy up all major & valuable assets: real estate, ownership in companies, & Bitcoin.
Now it’s time for you to take advantage of these algorithms to create your own outcome. People lose money because of emotions. They sell when they should hold or buy. Or, they buy, when they should hold or take profits.
God created all things to exist in order and harmony.
The world is a zero sum game.
In the context of investing or financial markets, some activities may resemble zero-sum games. For example, in certain types of trading, such as options or futures trading, one investor's profit may come at the expense of another investor's loss.
Like anything in life, investing involves risks, including the potential loss of all your money.
What if you could remove the #1 risk of investing… emotions?
What if you could implement the #1 secret of the rich & wealth… algorithms?
Integrating my affordable & innovative algorithm trading bots, has allowed dozens of my clients to achieve what they never sought to be possible.
Some have even told me: “Tyler, this is not my first investment I have made in my lifetime, but it definitely seems to be my last!”
Algo Omega is designed to help everyday people, regardless of their experiences, utilize the new digital economy to achieve their personal, professional & financial goals.
Although past performance is not indicative of future results, the two (2) algorithm trading bots are performing better each month, than traditional investments of 5-10% annually!
It gets better.
My clients are in full control of their funds. This is not an investment opportunity, where people send funds to my firm or a 3rd party.
My company Algo Omega sells memberships for everyday people to license the algorithm trading bots. And from what I hear, my membership fees are more than 60% less the cost of greedy, competitors

The market is like the ocean.
An unrelenting, boundless, and unpredictable force.
Most of the time, it drowns people.
We make the majority of our decisions based on trends & historical data.
We must adapt our strategies & plans to account for changing information as it arises.
Navigating this ocean requires the experience of a skilled sailor, one who respects the sea's might and knows they can never truly conquer it. The seasoned trader, much like the sailor, understands that survival depends not on brute force but on strategy, preparation, and an intimate knowledge of the environment.
This may not be your 1st, but it could be your last.
This is not a secret sales email.
This is the truth.
