The most valuable real estate in the world is the space in between your ears.
Watch your thoughts; they become your words
Watch your words; they become your actions
Watch your actions; they become your habits
Watch your habits; they become your character
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny
Studies suggest people have more than 6,000 thoughts per day —
Nearly 7 thoughts per minute, assuming 16 hours awake & 8 hours of sleep.
Most of which, are negative thoughts.
Negativity Bias

Ever had haters in your life?
I am referring to those peasants which take the time out of their day to text, email, direct message, or comment something negative on your social media posts? Or make snarky remarks about you behind your back — or better yet, right in front of you?
It can be those comments framed as “jokes”, but in reality it is passive aggressiveness of them projecting their own internal insecurities onto you.
Why does our mind care so much about these negative remarks?
These negative thoughts can live rent free as an endless shuffle in our minds.
People have a tendency to give more importance to negative thoughts/experiences than to positive or neutral experiences. We even tend to focus on the negative even when the negative experiences are insignificant or inconsequential. Our brains are designed to solve problems, so even if there isn’t one — we trick ourselves to creating these false problems.
& to this day, I have to find someone doing better than me in life.
& I am not referring to comparing each other’s bank account, what most people consider as the #1 measurable of “success” —
Rather comparing the most valuable real estate in the world…
The space in between your ears — The MIND
These peasants are thinking & living in misery.
Misery is lonely
Loneliness is cancerous — it seeks to suck onto to positivity to drag it down
Misery breeds company.
Operation Paperclip

The Enemy is after your Mind
— The experiment discovered a 4 step process for Mind Control:
1. Malnourishment
2. Heavy Metals
3. Negative Stimulus
4. Repeat
We all know how these 4 steps were implemented during WW2. I am not so sure if this 14 year ‘operation / experiment’ ended in 1959.
‘Modern Mind Control’ has simply evolved:
People consuming social media, commercials, toxic foods/water, low frequency music, pharmaceuticals, politics, & the list goes on.

Mental Magic | Gut-Brain Connection

The brain has a direct effect on the stomach and intestines.
The gut-brain connection is no joke; it can link anxiety to stomach problems and vice versa.
Have you ever had a "gut feeling”, “butterflies” or maybe have felt " nauseous" in your stomach?
Studies from Harvard confirm the gastrointestinal tract is sensitive to all frequencies of emotion — anger, anxiety, sadness, elation — all of these frequencies (and others) can trigger symptoms in the gut.
For example, the very thought of eating can release the stomach's juices before food gets there. This connection goes both ways. A troubled intestine can send signals to the brain, just as a troubled brain can send signals to the gut. Therefore, a person's stomach or intestinal distress can be the cause or the product of anxiety, stress, or depression. That's because the brain and the gastrointestinal (GI) system are intimately connected.
This is especially true in cases where a person experiences gastrointestinal upset with no obvious physical cause. For such functional GI disorders, it is difficult to try to heal a distressed gut without considering the role of stress and emotion.
In the Greek alphabet, in which the New Testament was written, alpha is the first letter and omega is the last.
In the Book of Revelation, God says, “I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last,” meaning that God remains from the beginning to the end of time.
